Does anyone recognize this lady? Her picture was among Preston B. Moses’ photos, and there may have been many guesses but no conclusions as to who she was.

Saw this by chance on 27 February 2023.
Working from old memories of other very small and pre WWII B&W or Colorized photos she may be Billie Waldroup Moses, buried in Chatham Burial Park near other Moses family members.
She was born in 1910 and died in a 1938 NC car crash on way to an Atlantic coast beach. There were six persons in the 6 passenger car, possibly including Preston Moses.
She was originally from Coffee County GA, where she gave birth to a daughter out of wedlock. Subsequently, her family sent her to the Chatham VA area where she married John A Moses, but had no more children.
The daughter likely born around 1919 was reared by by her GA family, and would marry, bear at least two children (daughters?) and reside in the Richmond VA area until her untimely death from likely natural causes (cancer?) in the likely early 1960’s. The daughter’s husband remarried and seemingly quickly cut off all contact with family related to the grandchildren’s relatives.
